Maintain optimum eye health with a few simple actions

Maintaining optimum eye health as a contact lens wearer is easy if you follow a simple routine and regular check ups with our Optometrists.  You should have a check up at least every 12 months to ensure that your eye is healthy and that the lens you are currently wearing are still right for your eye and prescription. Between check ups you should ask yourself the following questions:

1.    Do my eyes feel good with my lenses? — no discomfort
2.    Do my eyes look good? — no redness
3.    Do I see well? — no unusual blurring with either eye
