Eye Care Vouchers

What are free eye test vouchers?

If you work for a larger corporate and use a computer as a normal part of your work, your employer may give you an eye test voucher, such as Eyecare vouchers or Duncan and Todd so you can enjoy a free eye test and contribution to spectacles if they are required when you use a computer.

How do free eye test vouchers work?

They are very straightforward – all you need to do is ask the HR person (normally the one who you speak to about health benefits) when you are due for your regular eye check. When you visit us you present the voucher after the eye test when you’d normally pay.

How do I know if I can use the free eye test voucher at your Opticians?

Well, as an independent optician we accept vouchers from all the major schemes for free eye tests. The most popular ones are called Eyecare vouchers, from a company called Edenred.

Why should I use the free eye test voucher at Eye Contact?

We are only a short 5 – 7 minute walk from the major offices in the London Liverpool Street Station area. For example, we are 5 minutes from RBS on Bishops Square, Bishopsgate, 6 minutes from Allen & Overy on Spitalfields, 5 minutes from ICAP on Bishopsgate.

We also offer an outstanding standard of clinical care, with over £100k investment in the worlds latest retinal imaging technology from Optomap. This enables our Optometrists to detect sight threatening conditions often years in advance of other methods.
